We ship our orders daily Monday - Friday. To ensure best taste and freshness, we do not ship at the end of the week as to avoid products from being in transit over the weekend.
Our shipping cutoff time is 3:30 pm PST. So, any order placed after 3:30 pm will be shipped the following shipment day. If you place your order on a weekend or a holiday, please consider the next shipment date as your first day when factoring in shipping times.
Shipping Arrival Dates
Transit Time - To preserve the freshness of products, our transit time is five days or less.
Overnight shipping is available Monday and Wednesday 3:30 PM PST for all zones.
Dotz Allergy-Friendly Baked Goods ships items via USPS. While we do our best to get orders delivered quickly, we cannot account for any delays USPS may have.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Shortly after your order has been processed, a tracking number will be sent via email with a link to track the package on our website.
It is the customer's responsibility to be available to receive the package(s) at the first delivery attempt.

*We have had substantial interest from customers outside of the U.S., but we are limited to shipping within the U.S. only.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30-days of receipt as long as the items ordered are unopened in the original packaging. The order will not qualify for a full refund if the appropriate number of items are not present or if they are received damaged.
