How long is the shelf-life for Dotz Allergy-Friendly Baked Goods?

Due to our quality ingredients, our mini muffins have an extended shelf-life of 3 months. Our products can also be frozen! But to experience ultimate flavor and freshness, we recommend that they are consumed within 3-4 weeks after purchase. 

 

Are Dotz Allergy-Friendly Baked Good nuts/dairy/soy/egg/corn gluten free?

Yes! We never use any gluten-containing products. Our products are even produced in a facility free from the 12 top allergens.

 

Are there any nuts in your products or are they made in a facility that uses nuts? 

There are no nuts in our product, and our facility is also free of the top 12 allergens (peanuts, tree nuts, eggs, wheat, milk, soy, fish and shellfish and more), including nuts! We do use organic coconut oil in our products.

 

Is the chocolate used in your recipes ethically sourced? 

Yes! Our chocolate supplier has been working since 2016 on the Forever Chocolate Program and has plans to make sustainable chocolate the norm by 2025.

 

Are your products vegan or kosher?

Yes, all of our products are sourced and certified dairy free, vegan and kosher safe! They contain no animal or animal-derived products. 

 

Where are Dotz Allergy-Friendly Baked Goods made & distributed?

All of our products are manufactured in and distributed out of Washington State. Our products are handcrafted on a sterilized line and we source only allergy free ingredients.

 

Do you offer samples of your products?

At this time we do not have a sample program. However, if you sign up for our newsletter, you'll be the first to know about any promos we are sponsoring!

 

How do I become a wholesaler?

Shipping 

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping within the continental US for orders over $45.


When will my order ship?

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days from the time they are placed. Orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will be queued up for the next business day to be processed.


If you are located within the continental US, orders will typically arrive within 5-7 business days after you receive the notification that your order is on its way.


Overnight shipping is available Tuesday – Thursday. Our shipping cutoff time is 3:30 pm PST for all zones. If an order is placed after 3:30 pm it will be shipped the following business day. If you place your order on a weekend or a holiday, please consider the following business day as your first day of processing when factoring in shipping times.


Do you ship internationally / outside of the US?

We have had substantial interest from customers outside of the U.S. but currently ship within the US only. We are working on shipping to other countries so stay tuned!


Do you ship to Alaska & Hawaii?

Yes we do! Unfortunately, however, due to shipping costs, we are unable to offer free shipping for orders to Alaska and Hawaii.


What if my package is lost?

If your shipment is lost, please contact us at order@dotzdesserts.com so that we can determine how to resolve it.


What if I put in the wrong shipping address?

If you have any issues with delivery or the shipping address, please email us at order@dotzdesserts.com to let us know. We might be able to change the address before the order ships.

Returns & Refunds 

What is your returns & refunds policy?

We're so excited for you to try our Dotz Allergy-Friendly Baked Goods products! If you aren't completely happy with your order, send us an email to order@dotzdesserts.com. Although we do not provide refunds, email us within 3 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to work with you to try to resolve the issue promptly.


My product arrived damaged. What do I do?

Don't worry! We will send you out a replacement product ASAP. Please contact us at order@dotzdesserts.com for more information
