Product

Due to our quality ingredients, our snacks have an extended shelf-life of 45 days. Our products can also be frozen!

However, to experience ultimate flavor and freshness, we recommend that they are consumed within 3-4 weeks after purchase and stored at room temperature. Our products do not require refrigeration.

Yes! We never use any form of gluten-containing products in our baking process. Our products are even produced in a dedicated allergy-free production facility that is free of the 14 top allergens found in most co-packing facilities.

The only nut in our product is organic coconut oil. Our facility and products do not contain any other nuts and are also free of the top 14 allergens (eggs, wheat, milk, soy, and more), including nuts!

Yes! Our chocolate supplier has been working since 2016 on the Forever Chocolate Program and has plans to make sustainable chocolate the norm by 2025. Fully Charge uses Certified Fair Trade chocolate which is USDA Certified Organic. Fully Charge is proud to support Fair Trade regions and is excited to announce this certification.

Yes, all of our products are sourced and certified dairy-free, vegan, and kosher-safe! They contain no animal or animal-derived products.

our products are manufactured in and distributed out of Washington State. Our products are handcrafted in a dedicated food allergy-free manufacturing facility, on a sterilized line, and we source only allergy-free ingredients.

Shipping

We offer free shipping within the continental US for orders over $75.

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days from the time they are placed. Orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will be queued up for the next business day to be processed.
If you are located within the continental US, orders will typically arrive within 5-7 business days after you receive the notification that your order is on its way.

Overnight shipping is available Tuesday – Thursday. Our shipping cutoff time is 3:30 pm PST for all zones. If an order is placed after 3:30 pm it will be shipped the following business day. If you place your order on a weekend or a holiday, please consider the following business day as your first day of processing when factoring in shipping times.

We have had substantial interest from customers outside of the U.S. but currently ship within the US only. We are working on shipping to other countries so stay tuned!

Yes, we do! Unfortunately, however, due to shipping costs, we are unable to offer free shipping for orders to Alaska and Hawaii.

If your shipment is lost, please contact us at order@fullychargedsnacks.com so that we can determine how to resolve it.

If you have any issues with delivery or the shipping address, please email us at order@fullychargedsnacks.com to let us know. We might be able to change the address before the order ships.

Returns & Refunds

We're so excited for you to try our Fully Charged Allergy-Friendly Snack products! If you aren't completely happy with your order, send us an email at order@fullychargedsnacks.com. Although we do not provide refunds, email us within 3 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to work with you to try to resolve the issue promptly.

Subscribe & Save

Save time, save money, and save your stomach from emptiness! Is there any bigger trigger than running out of your favorite snacks when you are on the go and need them most? That's where our Subscribe and Save program comes in. Read on to keep your bag and your wallet full!

Signing up is easy! When you go to the shopping page, you can select the frequency at which you wish to receive your snacks. With Subscribe and Save, you can get weekly or monthly shipments of your favorite dessert snacks delivered straight to your door.

We'd be sad to see you go! You can reach out to us at order@fullychargedsnacks.com and we can process your cancelation request for you. Please note, if you already have an order that was shipped out before canceling, we are unable to stop the shipment.

Our seasonal items are only around for a limited time in small batches! Due to this, we are unable to offer them in our subscription service.
